Melanie and Michael’s October wedding instructions to us says the world about them: nothing stiff, the day and design should flow like an intimate gathering of close family and friends filled with honest and real moments of true connection.  They can be goofy with each other, but their love is built on being honest and real with each other. Heart points from us!  As outdoor people whose favorite places are divided between Tennessee and Colorado,  we are certainly glad Melanie and Michael chose our Nashville venue to pledge their lives in marriage.

Preppy touches of navy blue, monograms and a ribbon-adorned wedding cake are balanced with romantic blush-pink and gold-champagne for an absolute stunning wedding that is both classic and light-hearted with sweet personal touches.  Melanie’s polished Pavanes wedding gown with a champagne glow is perfectly complimented by Michael’s navy tux, and we give props to the groomsmen for their blush ties and colorful matching argyle socks. The color of bridesmaids Joanna August dresses named “pretty in pink” pretty sums up the softness that anchored fashion and flowers.  We are absolutely thrilled to share their wedding day photography by the talented Jen and Chris Creed.
