Maleka and Ian come from opposite US coasts – Â as far as it gets to be more specific. Ian grew up on the East Coast and Maleka on the coast of Ohau, Hawaii. They fell in love in Nashville, got engaged in Hawaii and traveled the world together before their Cedarwood Wedding and honeymoon in Italy. Â Having experienced varied cultures, countries and design styles, when it came to their nuptials, Maleka and Ian followed their heritage with a timeless, elegant look infused with family wedding tradition.
Gold metallics, blush and ivory (with passionate pops of deep burgundy), lace and black-tie give this wedding an elevated garden feel. From invitations to decor, attire and a stunning Chuppah altar adorning Ian and Maleka’s outdoor ceremony setting on the estate meadow, their style is cohesively classic.  To kick off the reception celebration, Maleka and Ian offered their signature craft cocktail, “Marry Me Maleka” and a whimsical summertime treat of mini Las Paletas popsicles  (a Nashville date night tradition) to cool guests from the dance floor. This end of summer soirée is full of romantic moments and captivating style, shared with us by Maleka and Ian’s wedding photographer, Ellie Eloise.
Thanks Maleka and Ian, for gracing our grounds on this gorgeous day, and to Ellie Eloise, for sharing images with our blog.
