There are as many expressions of love as there are people, and our team believes weddings should reflect Cedarwood couples’ personalities perfectly.  Brittnie and William (make up artist and info systems tech) share a penchant for surprise, thematic productions and fun – especially the creepy kind!  Inspired by their favorite pastimes (Horror films, Halloween, Comic Con and Disney World), Brittnie and Williams’s Cedarwood destination wedding was studded with theatrical whimsey, starting with Beetle Juice-inspired invitations asking guests to “be a witness” to their nuptials. Purposely selecting April 1 as their wedding date gave Brittnie and William license to include April Fool’s Day gags, like whoopee cushions hidden on guests’ reception chairs!

Styled to the nines, Brittnie’s bold bridal look (love her pink hair and shoes) set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Incorporating their larger-than-life sense of humor, Brittnie and William’s wedding day is infused with endearing, personal details.  Who couldn’t laugh while sipping a signature cocktail called “strange and unusual’?  Black and white wedding decor, including vintage horror film photos, was balanced with a bevy of colorful flowers and elegant touches of gold.  Enjoy Brittnie and William’s day through images by Nyk + Cali, Wedding Photographers.
