Cedarwood has amazing experiences with our west coast couples, and Janan and Brad‘s Cedarwood destination wedding was exceptionally amazing. For starters, it rained.  And yes, that was a really good thing for guests who’ve lived in California drought-like conditions for months.  Janan wanted to go forward with her outdoor wedding even as dark clouds started appearing near ceremony time. Guests were seated and musicians playing when the swift moving summer storm rolled in. Guests actually cheered when it started raining (liquid gold for them and a golden moment for our event team!)  Janan started her processional when a bolt of lightning changed her mind about exchanging vows in the rain.
Getting married in a 100+year-old-Tennessee barn is rare, but when it is storming outside, it’s quite a cozy, intimate and very romantic setting. The wedding party, friends and family embraced it wholeheartedly. Rain on a tin roof barn, candles everywhere, frogs and crickets singing, fog in the rolling hills, and a delightful post-rain evening for photos. Janan and Brad tell us their guests were mesmerized by the entire atmosphere and they would not change a thing.  Enjoy highlights of their wedding design and golden details through these photos by Krista Lee Photography.
Matt G Video gives us the perfect prelude into our feature of Janan and Brad’s enchanting celebration. Magical!
Thanks Janan and Brad, for sharing your love with us. Your wedding is priceless. Thanks Krista Lee Photography for the images.
