Cedarwood offers our 50-acre historic estate as a Nashville and Destination Wedding Venue, and we also enjoy allowing our property to be a natural canvas for fashion styling and photographic magic. We were honored to host friends and some of Nashville’s fashion elite for the Bridal Issue of Nfocus Magazine (January, 2015.) This high fashion shoot (think Vogue in Nashville) granted the team creative license for dramatic runway styling. All to showcase exquisite wedding gowns and designer accessories from some of Nashville’s luxury retailers, pulled together by fashion maestro, Milton White, of The Fashion Office.
Betsy Briggs Cathcart, owner and lead hairstylist/makeup artist, of Studio BBC Salon, has helped countless beautiful Cedarwood brides refine their wedding day image with beautiful hair and makeup. For this fashion shoot, Betsy impressed us with her ability to match each model’s ensemble and mood with the perfect hair style, from perfectly mussed tresses, to trendy fishtail braids, to otherworldly beehive coiffures. Takes true talent. Enjoy these images from photographer powerhouses, Fairlight and Amy, of EYE Model Management/ Photography, along with sourcing for all the wedding fashion gorgeousness.

Wow…we love the moody winter backdrops on Historic Cedarwood‘s grounds, and the vintage rowboat series shot on Cedarwood’s Moon Cake Lake. We’re proud of Cedarwood Weddings designers Alicia and Molly, who whipped up just the right floral bouquets to accent each look.
