Sometimes a single decor element can elevate wedding styling from lovely to uniquely memorable. In the case of Ashley and Jeremy’s wedding, it was Ashley’s vision of a romantically lit dance floor with colorful paper lanterns and hanging flower garlands. Â There’s more rich and colorful decor to gush over, including the gorgeous fresh flower garland for the altar and Ashley’s royal purple bridal bouquet with exotic Vanda Orchids. Â Ashley loves bright hues, and wanted to create a romantic, warm setting with a vintage yet classy touch. She did this by pairing pops of purple and amethyst with classic whites and neutrals. Gorgeous!
Jeremy and Ashley met a few months after he returned from Iraq, when a relationship was the last thing he expected.  Ashley says, “Everyone knows great things come when you least expect them, and over the course of a couple of months, we were practically inseparable. Jeremy is my best friend in every sense. He is affectionate and caring on a day-to-day basis and I know there is no one I’d rather have by my side.”  Jeremy and Ashley got engaged on July 28, 2012, started their “family” of two dogs and cat, and began planning their August 3, Summer Cedarwood Wedding.  A priority was lots of fun for guests, which they accomplished with great food, live music, a barn cocktail party and DIY photos!  Maddox Weddings photographed Ashley and Jeremy’s wedding day. We hope you enjoy it through these images.
