Mackenzie and Scott are a gorgeous, gracious couple and we are honored to have helped create their coral spring Cedarwood wedding.  Finishing up one’s final year of Vanderbilt University Law School can be a daunting task for a bride, especially with her finance in Maryland and parents abroad, but Mackenzie sailed calmly through.  It helped that Scott moved to Nashville to assist with their wedding and subsequent relocation to Maryland, and we always adore working with a groom on wedding logistics and details!  Scott and Mackenzie met in Spain several years ago through a study abroad program. Their love for each other developed long distance, destined to bring them to the altar. We are so glad they found Cedarwood!

Mackenzie and Scott wanted a romantic, laid back yet classic wedding for their mostly out-of-town guests. Celebration styling was anchored in Mackenzie’s love of coral colors, and especially her love of the ‘Coral Charm’ peony, which we used in abundance in her floral and decor.  The pops of color against the natural beauty of our historic farm is stunning.  Full of love and laughter, the heart of the celebration was Mackenzie and Scott, with emotion overflowing from every expression.  We can’t stop looking at these amazing images by Rachel Moore Photography.  Enjoy.
