We’ve always said that Cedarwood is more than just a venue; we are a team of professionals working together to fulfill every aspect of our clients wedding day vision. Our gorgeous historic farm estate is the framework of Cedarwood, but our team is it’s heart and soul. Some faces are familiar, but those that are not are equally important, and every activity is integrally connected.

OUR FOUNDERS (below from left to right):  David, Linda, Nathan and Karen. Karen, Linda and Nathan are siblings who purchased Cedarwood in 2006. In their prior careers in floral and entertainment/events, respectively, Karen and Linda were award-winning designers complimenting Nathan’s expertise in project management.  Cedarwood’s signature style springs from the organic creativity of it’s owners. That foundation is what makes us different.

OUR GM (below) Lori has worked with Cedarwood since 2008 as one of our event staff.  She also owned a wedding planning business, Eventfully Yours, while managing the hectic schedule and staff at her full time ‘day job’ as pastry chef at Hillwood Country Club. Lori’s attention to detail and high energy level makes her ‘the powerhouse of our house!’

OUR DESIGN TEAM (below from left to right): Karen, founding partner and master floral designer;  Alicia, floral manager who ‘grew up’ in a Martha’s Vineyard flower shop; Linda, founding partner, event planning, styling and publicist;  Erika, former Cedarwood bride and accomplished creative director; and Elisabeth, former intern and now blossoming designer-in-training.
