We love this soft, romantic vintage chic wedding, beautifully photographed by Hannah Elaine Photography. Newlyweds Kristin and Kent were blessed with an amazing September, including a few rain drops at the end of the night for good luck. Since our re-post of Hannah Elaine’s preview, we’ve looked forward to sharing our favorite images from Kristin and Kent’s wedding. Kristin’s color palette of blush and ‘soft dusty neturals’ is exquisite (love the mis-matched bridesmaid’s dresses and boots!) paired with romantic flowers, baby’s breath, burlap and lace. Dramatic centerpieces with branches supporting hanging sweetheart roses are perfect for the rustic-romantic styling.
We love Kristin and Kent’s private moment in the meadow at dusk, releasing wishing lanterns as a symbol of their highest hopes and dreams, and their unique “memorial candle circle” of mason jar candles for family members who are no longer here. The candle circle made a beautiful statement in the barn during cocktail hour.
In her role as a fashion designer, Kristen has a knack for DIY and made the hand-sewn burlap and lace ceremony programs and other wedding decor. Kristin operates a line of baby and kids goods called Flounce, and made their adorable flower girl’s tulle dress! Impressive! You can request information about custom made flower girl tutus in a variety of colors and styles on Kristen’s Facebook page “Flounce.”
Thanks Kristin and Kent, for leaving your beautiful mark on Cedarwood, and to Hannah Elaine Photography for sharing these lovely images!
