Americana Farm Wedding :: Bethany+Erin

Photos by Kristyn Hogan

We swoon every time we read Bethany‘s description of her new husband Erin Clark and their relationship, “Erin brings out the best parts of me. He makes me feel beautiful, funny and above all, loved for exactly who I am.”  After working with Bethany and Erin, there is no doubt that they are beginning a lifetime of love and happiness.

As we begin to plan and style a Cedarwood wedding, we ask each couple to list elements included in their vision of a perfect celebration.  Bethany and Erin’s list: relaxed, romantic, playful, vintage Americana, summer picnic, red hearts, mason jars, old coke bottles, preppy, gingham, bunting, thoughtful details, sparklers and candlelight.  And here’s the resulting event design, photographed by the amazing Kristyn Hogan.  Kudos to Designs in Paper, who creates custom paper goods that capture the personality of each Cedarwood  couple and wedding.

One reason we love working with Kristyn is that her photos tell the WHOLE STORY of a wedding day — heartfelt emotions, family and loved ones PLUS all the delightful details that show a couple’s personalities. Event styling is a huge part of a wedding celebration between two people (a service included in Cedarwood’s Perfect Wedding Package) and we can always count on Kristyn Hogan to capture every detail. Bethany and Erin’s summer Americana Farm Wedding at Cedarwood is a great point in case. A styling blend of Americana, J Crew and a summer country picnic, this wedding is rich in color, vintage decor and expressions of love and delight, all of which are shared in these amazing images. Enjoy.

What an amazing day and couple! Congrats Bethany and Erin. Thanks Kristyn Hogan! xoxo
