Lovely colorful leaves are the jewels of Fall, and they played a beautiful role in Holly and Will’s October 23 Cedarwood wedding. Holly was inspired by golden maple leaves and a rich color palette of auburn, champagne, plum and midnight blue. We love how this wedding embraces the season with upscale, earthy glam, including gilded leaf favors hung in the sunlight from a magnificent tree branch centerpiece to direct guests to their assigned tables.
Cedarwood’s outdoor cathedral was Holly and Will’s chosen ceremony site, complete with the Nashville String Quartet and an inspirational communion service for everyone. The love and support of family blessed Holly and Will on their wedding day, especially from Holly’s gracious mom Susan Liter. Heritage photos and a memorial table for Will’s late mom, Sharry Hager, were among the way Holly and Will honored their deep family ties, old and young. Wedding programs featured a cute drawing of the bride and groom by seven year old niece of the bride, Anna Liter. And the ring bearer and flower girls…..adorable!
Holly told us it was important for guests to enjoy the natural environment of Cedarwood and to have a fun flow from place to place. From the meadow to cocktails in the barn, cider in the front lawn and warming fireside seating with hay bales, guests enjoyed a nice dose of Fall in the historic old south. Susan told us that they received many compliments from people who told them that they had never been to a wedding “like that” and many said it was their favorite wedding of all time! These distinctive Dove Wedding Photography images allow us to relive the day, and we must agree that this was truly a special one.
Holly and Will, thank you for your gracious way of being, and for allowing us to be part of your wedding day. Thanks also to Dove Wedding Photography for sharing your work!

Hi, I’m a big fan of your work!
i love my sister’s:)
We had a WONDERFUL wedding! Of course that was mainly due to you and your staff and all the work you did to prepare for our big day. We have received som many compliments and comments from guests saying they have never experienced a wedding “like that” before, and it was their favorite wedding of all time. If asked if we would change anything, our answer is NO. Thank you for such wonderful memories.
Susan (mother of the bride)
