Maybe the vibrant island colors influenced Sarah as a medical student in the Caribbean. She loves pink, and the hotter the better. Fuchsia was the color of the day at Sarah and Donald’s June 12 Cedarwood wedding, set against the green rolling hills of our historic estate. Sarah loves things that sparkle, like crystals, champagne and candlelight – all of which played supporting roles in her fun and whimsical, yet elegant wedding decor.
Sarah and Donald booked the Cedarwood Outdoor Cathedral and we love the use of white and green flowers for the ceremony. Derek Lee of Epic Image Photography sent over photos to share their wedding loveliness and showcase their sparkle pink reception style. We love Sarah’s dresses that twirled on the dance floor, starting with her Oleg Cassini gown, to her sassy party after dress.
Check out the creative way Sarah and Donald assigned seats for their reception – tables were identified by a framed photo of the couple at a specific destination they visited together. Table assignment cards were attached to a matching photo ribbon garland. Creative! And wait until you see the Tic Tac favors Sarah and Donald gave their guests. Orange Tic Tacs are a special part of their love story as it turns out, and Sarah saved Tic Tac boxes Donald shared with her from around the world! Donald has an alter ego of sorts…Donald Duck! A fun groom’s tribute at the wedding included a darling cookie table complete with Donald Duck memorabilia. Cute and unique! Enjoy their wedding feature!
Thanks to Derek Lee of Epic Image for sharing these photos of Sarah and Donal’s lovely wedding! Sarah and Donald, here’s to love and pink! May you always sparkle as bright as you did on this day.
