Trash The Dress? Yes We Would!

Photos by Ulmer Studios

We are huge fans of Day After Sessions allowing newlyweds to get comfortable with their photographers for a little post wedding fun.  This is an opportunity for bride, groom and their photographers to create living art and add even more wedding memories to their ongoing love story.  If we were getting married today, we would TOTALLY do an after wedding Trash the Dress photo session.  Why put your wedding dress in a box when you can have so much fun?   Wait until after your after session to clean and store your wedding dress for posterity.  Being the creative (mostly married) designers we are, we decided to style an after session Cedarwood shoot! Start with a gorgeous couple, Ashley Pearsall and her rock star beaux, add Cedarwood’s natural settings, a colorful picnic with vintage accents, lots of lovely water and champagne!  Voila — steamy, romantic, fun memories and priceless photos!

Josh and Amber Ulmer are the creative genius behind Ulmer Studios.  We’ve long admired their work and felt they were the perfect photographers to team up with Cedarwood for this creative project.  And we were right since  Style Me Pretty has featured their images!  We’ve picked some of our favorites for this post, but to see more Click Here to pop over to the Style Me Pretty online gallery.  We hope you enjoy this amazing session and sensational images by Ulmer Studios!

Thanks Josh and Amber, of Ulmer Studios, for your amazing hearts, your talent and perfect expression of professional partnership.  Fantastic work!

….so Brides, let us know how YOU feel about a Trash the Dress session after your wedding day? We’d love to know!
