Pot of Gold :: Erica+Brandon

Photos by Stephanie Hamlet Photography

We see a lot of wedding photos and we treasure great photography. When I opened the CD of images from  Stephanie Hamlet Photography of  Erica Massman and Brandon Rogers November 20 Cedarwood wedding, the word of the day was WOW.  Rarely are there so many amazing images that I recruit judges to help me select the best for our blog post, but this is one such wedding!

Erica and  Brandon found the pot of gold on their wedding day in so many ways. The weather was perfect for the third weekend in November ::  crisp, sunny with temps in the 70s,  and the most stunning fall leaves of the season.  The real gold is Erica and Brandon’s loving relationship, the amazing bond with their families and  the poignant involvement of Lillian, Erica’s five year old daughter.

This wedding was full of personality and personal touches – favor jars of home made apple butter, the vintage bouquet locket holding photos of  Erica’s deceased grandparents,  the hand crafted rustic cross at the altar, the fall jewel toned decor with  twigs and berries, the natural, country setting in the Cedarwood meadow, Erica’s  mom Antoinette leading everyone in song during the ceremony.  This was an amazing day to witness: original, pure, heart-felt and timeless.

Much more beauty coming up in our  part 2 post of Erica and Brandons fantastic fall Cedarwood wedding, with stunningly beautiful photos by Stephanie Hamlet Photography. We can’t wait to share more from this WOW factor wedding.   And since so many of you have asked about Erica’s Old Gringo Erin boots, here’s a source!

      Hi Sarah, our brides are asking about the dress designer and design. Can you give us details? It was lovely!

  3. Maggie says:

    I was wondering about the Bride’s boots, does anyone know who made the boots or where she got them from?

    Thanks!
