Southern Romantic : Beth+Camron, Part 2

Photos by Dove Wedding Photography

Beth and Camron Frenzel’s May 29 spring garden ceremony at Cedarwood was truly touching.  They had decided to make their vows a sacred and intimate testament to their love, and have only their minister at the altar with them.  Instead of bridesmaids, Beth appointed eight of her closest friends as honorary bridesmaids and greeters and presented them with orchid nosegays.

Adding to the old south romantic mood were Victorian lilac satin bows tied on ceremony chairs and monogrammed hand fans for guests. Beth’s bouquet featured a romantic blend of flowers in purple, plum, pink, and blue with pops of yellow, including Southern Peonies, Dutch Iris,  Arabian Mystery Tulips, Calla Lilies and Blush Cymbidium Orchids.

And don’t you just love Beth’s Rivini gown!!!  The off-shoulder design is the epitome of southern romance.  We loved her hair (done by ECCO Salon in Franklin) adorned with simple, but striking fresh Cymbidium Orchid combs.

The flowers, decor and cake….amazing job by the Cedarwood design team and Patty Cakes!  The henna-inspired detailing on the wedding cake is pure magic.  Dinner by A Dream Come True Catering was followed by one of the most memorable performances ever at a Cedarwood wedding reception.  Beth and Camron booked The Claire Lynch Band – Claire won Female Vocalist of the Year from the International Bluegrass Music Association – so needless to say guests got treated to concert-quality entertainment!

Beth wanted to dance with her stepfather to the Stevie Nicks song, “Landslide” and Claire worked up a version just for the wedding.  Diane tells us that Claire and her band now include this song in their playlist during concerts. The party ended with a sparkler grand farewell, then Beth and Camron jetted off to Costa Rica for their honeymoon.

Thanks Beth and Camron for letting Cedarwood host your lovely southern wedding.  We wish you continued and never-ending romance.   And thanks, Diane, for your generous involvement and attention to detail!   Hats off to  Dove Wedding Photography for such lovely photos.
